Compliance
Guardian checks every send before it leaves.
Guardian runs inside every Regen agent. It checks consent, quiet hours and opt-outs before each text and call, and logs every decision so you can prove it.
What Guardian does
Compliance built into every action.
Guardian is not a setting the other agents can switch off. Every outbound text and call passes through it, and when consent is unclear it blocks by default.
Consent ledger
Every consent is recorded with its source, the page it was given on, the exact wording shown and the time. Agents check the ledger before every text and call.
Quiet hours by customer location
Sends follow the customer's time zone, not the store's. Where state rules differ, the strictest rule wins, and held texts go out when the window opens.
Opt-outs in any wording
STOP is easy. Guardian also catches "quit texting me", "wrong number", "remove me" and everything in between, and stops all marketing at once.
Reassigned-number screening
Numbers that changed hands since consent was given are caught before outreach, so the new owner is never contacted.
Litigator screening
Known serial litigators are screened before outreach and flagged for a person to review.
Call-recording notices
Voice plays the recording notice each call requires, based on the rules where the caller is.
10DLC registration at onboarding
We handle brand and campaign registration with the carriers during onboarding, so your texts go out on registered numbers from day one.
Audit export
Every outbound decision, sent, held or blocked, is logged with its reason and exportable for your compliance team or counsel.
Opt-out detection
People don't always say STOP.
Guardian reads every inbound text for what the customer means, not just for keywords. A revoked consent stops marketing on every channel at once. Anything unclear goes to a person.
| Customer wrote | Guardian decided |
|---|---|
| “STOP” | Opt-out Standard keyword |
| “pls quit texting me” | Opt-out Plain-language request |
| “wrong number, who is this?” | Opt-out and flag Possible reassigned number |
| “not interested right now, maybe in the spring” | Keep, pause marketing Timing, not a revocation; a person can review |
| “Stop by Saturday? Sure” | Not an opt-out "Stop" used in a different sense |
Proof on demand
Every consent recorded. Every decision logged.
When someone asks why a text went out, you can answer in seconds: the consent, where it came from, what it said and the check that ran before the send.

Our stance
Regen supports compliance. You stay in control.
You decide which rules apply to your store, which consent sources you accept and what agents may say. Guardian enforces those decisions the same way on every send, and blocks when it is unsure.
- AI-assisted messages are disclosed, and customers can ask for a person at any time
- Marketing and transactional messages follow separate consent rules
- Manual overrides are logged with the person who made them
- Opt-outs apply to every channel at once
Not legal advice. Regen provides tools that support compliance with messaging and calling rules; it does not provide legal advice. Laws such as the TCPA and state telemarketing and recording rules change and vary by state. Talk to your own counsel about your obligations.
Fast outreach, with a clean audit trail.
